Job description:In order to improve our offer in products and service, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Microwave Antenna Engineer. As Senior Microwave Antenna Engineer you will be
responsible for leading the design and development of antennas and array antennas. The
ideal candidate shall provide good skills in team working and be able to provide
autonomously innovative design solutions. The position requires the complete product
development phase from the requirements definition together with the customers, to the
design, prototype development and testing.
Experience Requirements:- MSEE degree (ETH/EPF) or Ph.D degree.
- 5 or more years of experience designing, simulating, analyzing, and testing microwave antennas from 1 GHz to 20 GHz.
- A
strong background antennas development project management and good
experience in antenna debugging and optimization. Experience in using
antenna CAD tools and EM modeling tools
- Good experience in satellite telecommunications, satellite antennas and active antennas
- Good experience in microwave antenna materials and manufacturing processes
- Capability of working with antenna measurement equipment
- Good experience in written communications and capability to work with different vendors and manufacturers.
- Project
management skills and experience in document and write reports
isrequired. Experience in ESA/EU projects is an advantage.
- Skill in working within a small team while being autonomous and self-driven.
