About this event
The RF switching function is an integral part in most of modern RF Front-Ends, either as a Transmit / Receive switch or a frequency band selector. Most common are PIN diode and recently pHEMT switches. However there are emerging technologies such as silicon MEMS and CMOS technologies that can rival the performance and cost of the well established GaAs technology.
This seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the technologies, their capabilities and the affordability and will be of interest to anyone who is involved in RF transceivers and radar modules for civil and military applications.
