2007 IEEE Intl. Workshop on Radio-Frequency Integration Technology (RFIT): Enabling Technologies for Emerging Wireless Systems

RFIT2007 will be held from December 09 - 11, 2007 in Singapore, the world's favorite Asian meeting place. It is jointly organized by the Institute of Microelectronics and IEEE Singapore MTT/AP & SSCS Chapters. The workshop aims to serve as a forum for global RF Integration Technology community. This year's theme is Enabling Technologies for Emerging Wireless Systems.

(1) mmWave and UWB 60GHz high data-rate WPAN and mmWave IC building Blocks, UWB transceiver architectures for emerging 802.15.3c & 4a.and implementation.

(2) Advanced RFIC and Software Defined Radio LNA, Mixer, VGA, Filter, PA, VCO, PLL, Synthesizer, ADC/DAC, SDR architectures and building blocks.

(3) LPLV Wireless Systems and ICs, Wireless BAN, RFID and DVB/DMB tuners LPLV transceivers, LPLV wireless sensor networks, power management for LPLV wireless systems, RFID reader and tag ICs, TV tuner ICs and sub building blocks.

(4) Modeling, 3D integration and RF MEMS Compact and Spice Modeling; mmWave device models, 3D Module, RF SiP, MEMS filters and switches, BAW devices, MEMS/BAW and CMOS integration.
