The following joint projects began in ACE I, are continuing
MM wave lens antennas, (IETR, IST), contactless coupling to MMICs,
(UNIBHAM, TUD), reconfigurable pattern diversity antennas, (UNIBHAM,
IETR)
The following delta research projects have been started
Terahertz antennas and devices, (TUD), MM wave technology for vehicles,
(UNIBHAM, BAE), large mm wave antennas, (LEAT), lens feeds for mm wave
CATR, (HUT), high efficiency active integrated antennas, (LA SAPIENZA),
reconfigurable integrated antennas, (LEAT), reconfigurable antennas for
diversity, (UMLV), MEMS reflectarray, (ALCATEL)
A strong collaboration with the AMICOM Network of Excellence has been established
A common project has been defined, namely design and realisation of a
novel reflectarray with micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) on LTCC.
The ACE partners involved are ALCATEL and EPFL and the AMICOM partners
involved are VTT, LETI and IZM
