ISEF 2007

During the last 30 years, the Symposium provided a forum for specialists
engaged in research on applied electromagnetism. The ISEF 2007 edition introduces a new section Electromagnetic phenomena in electrical power systems:
1. Field theory and advanced computational in electromagnetism
2. Electrical machines, transformers, actuators, micromachines
3. Electromagnetic components of mechatronics and micro electromechanical
systems (MEMS), nanotechnology
4. Coupled systems and special applications
5. Electromagnetism in materials (new materials, measurement, material
modeling, calculation)
6. Electromagnetic phenomena in electrical power systems
7. Optimization and computer interactive design, software methodology
and visualization
8. Bioelectromagnetism and electromagnetic hazards
9. Equivalent circuit modeling of field problems
10. Nondestructive testing (methodology, measurement, diagnostic, testing devices)
11. Design and computation of specific electromagnetic devices (breakers, magnetic bearings, electromagnetic starters, etc.)
12. Electromagnetic compatibility
13. Application of artificial intelligence in vector fields calculation
14. Database and expert systems in vector fields calculation
15. Electromagnetism in education
