COURSE CONTENT

This course is designed to provide participants with a good understanding of short range wireless communications, including the technology, tradeoffs, and design of products and systems. It will also delve in some depth into specific technologies, including wireless LANs, Bluetooth, UWB, and low power systems (RFID, Zigbee, and Wibree), and some new and emerging technologies. Emphasis will be placed on practical semiconductor and system development with relevant case studies and examples.
